These terms apply when you use CutWrap for Mac, CutWrap for iPhone or cutwrap.com. If you got CutWrap from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where the two differ, Apple's terms govern your App Store copy.

Your licence

  1. A licence bought on cutwrap.com is for one person on one Mac. Once activated it can't be shared or used on other devices; email us to move it to a new Mac.
  2. You may install, update and reinstall CutWrap on that Mac as often as you like.
  3. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, share or distribute CutWrap or any part of it.
  4. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble CutWrap, try to extract how it works, or use it to build a competing product.

Your content

Videos, photos and everything else you make with CutWrap are yours. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you edit and post. CutWrap studies the style of other creators' videos to learn from them; it does not let you download or republish their work, and you should not post other people's content without permission.

Other services

When you connect your own accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or others), your use of them is governed by their own terms. CutWrap posts only what you approved - or, for an account you set to "Posts on its own", what fits the rules and the daily limit you set for that business.

AI assistants you connect

If you connect an assistant such as Meta Muse, ChatGPT or Grok, it acts for you inside CutWrap, only with the permissions you give it in CutWrap › Bots, and you can switch it off at any time. You are responsible for what you ask it to do. CutWrap never lets an assistant approve an ad, spend money you haven't allowed, or delete your work.

Ads and spending

CutWrap never spends money by itself. Ads are drafts until you approve them in CutWrap, and any ad spend is between you and the ad platform (for example Meta Ads Manager) under its own terms.

AI-made content

AI can make mistakes. Check scripts, captions, numbers and pictures before you post them, and don't use CutWrap to make content that is misleading, infringes others' rights, or breaks a platform's rules.

No warranty

CutWrap is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or suit every purpose. Keep copies of footage that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CutWrap is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for CutWrap in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Ending

You can stop using CutWrap at any time. Breaking these terms ends the licence.

Who we are and the law that applies

CutWrap is made and operated by Quantum Leap Mind LLC, a California company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
